ingredients:-basmati rice -1 cup
onions -1
peas -1/2 cup
green chillies -2
cumin seeds -1 tsp
black peppercorns -1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
cloves -3-4
cinnamon stick -1 inch
bay leaves -2
ghee -3 tblsp
salt to taste
method:-
- heat ghee in a pan.
- add cumin seeds,pepper corns,bay leaves,cloves and cinnamon stick to it and fry a little.
- then add onions and green chillies and saute.
- now add ginger garlic paste and fry well.
- then add green peas and mix well.
- now add rice(washed) and fry a little.
- now add 1 1/2 cups of water and salt.and pressure cook till 2-3 whistles.
- garnish it with corriander leaves.
